Knit a sweater without a pattern? Yes! And no swatching either! You can just focus on the pleasure of knitting and enjoy the process.
This class is inspired by Julie’s “Whatever” sweater recipe: a carefree sweater recipe for emergency needs of comfort knitting. It is an easy one-piece, top-down, raglan sweater worked in the round. It’s gender-neutral, easy to customize (neckline, raglan details, sleeves, edges, etc.) and the perfect project to learn more about top-down sweater construction while enjoying a rewarding knitting experience.
In class, Julie will guide you through all the steps to knit your own sweater, show you some of her favourite techniques, and share her most useful sweater knitting tips.
